Gilmer County Schools hosted the Region 7 Social Studies Fair on March 24, 2022, at the Glenville State University WACO Center. Ms. Judy Leggett's Gilmer County Elementary choir performed the National Anthem and Dr. Mark Manchin had the opening address. During the fair, 103 projects were judged. Gilmer County had one Region 7 Social Studies Fair winner in the category of Anthropology. Congratulations Jobe Carter on your accomplishments.
