Mrs. Thorne’s first grade class had a Seusstastic time celebrating Dr. Seuss’s Birthday and Read Across America Week. The students brought The Lorax to life with their adorable masks and had a blast diving into the world of rhymes, fun, and imagination. 🌱🧡 #GoGilmer

♻️🌎 Preschool Learns About Recycling! 🌎♻️ Mrs. Stewart and Ms. Diane’s preschool class had a special lesson on recycling with Ms. Clark! The students learned how to take care of our planet by reducing, reusing, and recycling. 🌍✨ A big thank you to Ms. Clark for helping our little learners understand the importance of keeping our world clean! 🌿♻️ #GoGilmer

📚🎉 Celebrating Dr. Seuss & Read Across America! 🎉📚 Mrs. Dennison’s first-grade class had a special visitor—our wonderful Assistant Principal, Mrs. Hartshorn! She joined the class to read a Dr. Seuss book, helping celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday and Read Across America Week! 🎩📖 Thank you, Mrs. Hartshorn, for making reading fun and exciting for our students! #GoGilmer

📢 Kindergarten Celebrates 60! 🎉 Mrs. Moyers and Mrs. Loudin’s kindergarten class had a fun-filled celebration for the number 60—because there are just 60 days of school left! 🎉🎈 These little learners are counting their way to the last day of school, making every day count. #GoGilmer

📢 Lost & Found Overflowing! 📢 Our Lost & Found is filled with jackets, hoodies, and other clothing items! All items are currently laid out in the gym for students to look through. 🗓 On Friday, we will do a final walk-through with students to help them claim any lost clothing. 🚨 After this, all remaining items will be donated. Please remind your child to check the gym. Thank you for your help!
