Families of GCES Wildcats: Please note that your child will be brining home a Parent Involvement Survey on Tuesday, March 19th. This survey will help us to prepare for Family Engagement for next school year as well as provide feedback about the current school year. If each family could complete and return one survey, that would be greatly appreciated. We do ask that surveys are returned by Friday, March 19th. Thank you for all that you do to support your child's education.

Mrs. Coombs and Mrs. Moyers' kindergarten classes rocked their 60's inspired outfits, marking the celebration of the final 60 days left in kindergarten! It was such a groovy time.
Jamie Mullins, from WVU Extension, conducted a STEM Imagination activity for every second grade class, blending science and reading. While reading, "Do Not Bring Your Dragon to the Library," she guided students through the scientific method. Providing supplies and dyeing hard-boiled eggs, Jamie instructed the students to crack the egg before immersing it in dye, prompting them to hypothesize that both the exterior and interior of the egg would be dyed. Our little scientists are AMAZING! #GoGilmer
